Sep 27, 2026"Food was great. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. 5 star. The fried chicken was so tender, yo don't have to put much effort to eat it. I prefer the thigh vs the breast tho. Because the thigh was juicier and tastier. The tripe and shrimp were also delicious. We also got served within 15 minutes max. It was so quick I don't even count how long. As for the atmosphere, it was great because we were in the VIP room with aircon."

Sep 26, 2026"This is one of the most well-known restaurants in Surabaya. However, highly disappointed eating here. Despite there are many people coming here as well, but its not the best one to visit. There are many options on the menu unavailable when we came here, but the chicken is still available. It definitely taste good, but it’s a little bit too soft in texture. And mostly disappointed by its hygiene, as we got a greasy plate on the served foods. Hopefully they can make improvements in the future."

And the worst part are when I gor choked and ask the staff for the water, they takes a long time to get that even though its so close to my table (the staff I saw he looking around waiting for approval or inform his team to add the water to the bill maybe) but for Godsake I am choking and need the water. Please train your staff to serve more profesionally."
